Screen tech matters more than resolution

OLED vs. IPS makes a bigger real-world difference than 1440p vs. 4K on a 14" laptop. If you stare at a screen 8+ hours a day, prioritize OLED, high refresh rate, and DCI-P3 coverage above 95%.

Check repairability before you buy

Some 2026 ultrabooks have soldered RAM and glued batteries — meaning a $200 repair turns into a $900 logic board swap. iFixit scores are worth a 10-minute Google before you commit.

Don't sleep on last year's flagship

The Pixel 8 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro, and MacBook Pro M3 are still excellent and usually $200–$500 cheaper than current models. Year-over-year gains on phones in particular are smaller than ever.

Are the products you sell brand new and sealed?

Yes — everything in our main catalog is brand new, factory sealed, and sourced directly from authorized distributors. We do have a separate 'Open Box' section with clearly labeled returns and demo units at a discount, but those are never mixed in with new inventory.

Do laptops and phones come with full manufacturer warranty?

Absolutely. Because we're an authorized retailer for every brand we carry, your warranty starts the day the device ships and is honored by the manufacturer directly. Apple, Samsung, Dell, and Lenovo all check out fine via their serial number lookup tools.

How fast is shipping, and do you ship internationally?

Free 2-day shipping on orders over $99 within the continental US. We do ship to Canada and the UK (5–8 business days), but international duties are the buyer's responsibility. We don't currently ship to the EU due to VAT registration complexity — sorry.

What's your return policy if I change my mind?

30 days from delivery for a full refund, as long as the device is in original condition with all accessories. Phones and laptops need to be reset before return. Restocking fees only apply to opened software or earbuds (hygiene reasons), and we'll cover return shipping if the issue is on our end.

Do you price match?

Yes, against Best Buy, B&H, Amazon (only when sold and shipped by Amazon directly), and Apple.com. Email us a screenshot within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund the difference. We don't match marketplace third-party sellers or limited-time flash sales under 24 hours.

Can I trade in my old device?

We launched trade-ins in late 2025 — currently supported for iPhones (12 and newer), Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and 2020+ MacBooks. Quote is generated online, you ship it in with a prepaid label, and credit applies to your next order.
